Our coverage is designed to capture the full experience of your golf day—from registration and team photos through to on-course action, sponsor signage, and presentations. We focus on delivering a complete visual story that works for players, organisers, and sponsors.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE INCLEMENT WEATHER?
If the tournament is officially postponed by the course, your deposit is transferable to the rescheduled date. In cases of light rain, we carry specialized weather protection gear for our equipment to ensure the play is captured regardless of the conditions.
How many photos will we receive and how quickly?
Image numbers vary depending on the size of the event, but typically range from 150–500+ professionally edited photos. Galleries are delivered within 24–48 hours, with options for same-day highlights if required.
Do you provide photos for sponsors and branding?
Absolutely. We understand the importance of sponsors and ensure their signage, activations, and interactions are captured clearly and professionally. We can also provide a dedicated set of sponsor-focused images for marketing use.
Will you photograph every group on the course?
We aim to capture all groups throughout the day, depending on timing and course logistics. Thanks to our experience in golf events, we work efficiently to cover as many players as possible without interrupting play.
Do you offer team photos?
Yes, team photos are a key part of most golf days. These can be taken on arrival, on-course, or at a designated photo area, with options for natural or more polished, lit setups depending on your preference.
Can guests download the photos?

Do you travel outside of Brisbane?
Yes, we’re based in Brisbane but regularly travel for golf events across Queensland and beyond. Travel can be included or quoted depending on the location.
